Anger?,its okay you'll make it through. :)

Anger? 

Yeah, in fact i can name a situation right now but complaining never got anybody anywhere so instead of that just face it. We all have times where we get mad or sad or whatever were feeling but the best way to get rid of it is to simply just do what you think will calm you down. Now that doesn't mean to go out and hurt someone,just say whatever you wanna say,scream as loud as you can, write what your feeling down. crumble it up,rip it up,and then throw it away. As long as your not doing the wrong thing you just need to keep your head up and a smile on your face.Okay,well bye guys.!   ||loki||:)
